Description
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is seeking a contractor to repair a 2019 Polaris Ranger XP 900 EPS utility vehicle. The contractor will be responsible for picking up the vehicle from the Eagle Creek National Fish Hatchery, diagnosing and repairing the transmission and driveline issues, performing preventative maintenance, and returning the vehicle to the hatchery. The contractor must provide all labor, tools, equipment, parts, materials, transportation, and supervision to perform the tasks. The contract will be awarded to the lowest priced technically acceptable offer.
• The contractor must have experience in repairing similar vehicles.
• The contractor must provide a detailed estimate of the costs and a timeline for completion.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
• The contractor must provide a warranty for the repairs.
