This project involves the design‑bid‑build construction and upgrade of a sewer and pump station at Fort Jackson. The scope includes installation of approximately 1,000 linear feet of 12‑inch gravity sewer, 1,000 linear feet of 12‑inch force main, and roughly 1,090 linear feet of 1½‑inch water service line, along with six manholes, a valve vault, an ARV, a permanent diesel‑bypass pump, and a generator. Additional work covers partial demolition of the existing station, installation of new submersible pumps, control panels, and related civil, concrete, and electrical components. The project is partially funded by FEMA and must comply with federal regulations.
