The Maryland Department of Health is requesting bids for the purchase of 2 JetBrains IntelliJ IDEA Ultimate Subscription Renewals. The renewals should be delivered directly to Natalie Mediouni at 201 West Preston Street, Baltimore, MD 21201. The project involves the purchase of commercial off-the-shelf software, and the selected Master Contractor must provide the software at a per-year price. The Department reserves the right to purchase more or less than the specified quantity, and the Master Contractor must not impose a restocking fee if an item is returned due to damage or incorrect product shipped. • The software should be new and unused. • The Master Contractor must provide the estimated ship date/lead time for each item listed in the PORFP. • The Master Contractor must be an authorized reseller for JetBrains. • Bids must be received by the due date and time listed in the solicitation. • A "No Bid" form must be completed and submitted by the bid due date and time if the firm elects not to bid.
