Description
The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation is seeking bids from interested parties for the rehabilitation of one home located in Sequoyah County. The work includes repairs such as carpentry, HVAC, flooring, and plumbing, and must be completed within 28 working days. The bidder must provide all labor and materials for the project. The contract will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid is determined to be the lowest and most responsive/responsible in accordance with the HACN Procurement Policy.
• The project requires the bidder to have all necessary licenses and certifications, including TERO certification.
• The bidder must comply with Tribal rules and regulations, including the payment of applicable fees.
• The bidder must provide proof of insurance, including worker's compensation, general liability, and automobile coverage.
• The bidder must agree to a drug-free and tobacco-free workplace policy.
