The Needham Housing Authority is seeking bids for the Window and Siding Replacement project at 1415 Great Plain Avenue in Needham, Massachusetts. The project consists of replacing new full-frame windows throughout, repairing or replacing damaged siding and trim, and painting all exterior siding and trim. The estimated cost of the project is $130,000.00.
• The project is subject to M.G.L. c.149 §44A-J and minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 §§26 to 27H inclusive.
• Bids are due by 04/10/2026 at 2:00PM EDT and must be submitted online.
• A pre-bid conference and site visit are scheduled for 04/02/2026 at 10:00AM EDT.
• The contractor and all subcontractors must strive to achieve minority and women workforce participation, with a benchmark of 6.9% for women and 15.3% for minorities.
