Description
The City of Eugene is requesting proposals from qualified consulting firms to provide design services for the extension of wastewater infrastructure. The project will extend services along a proposed Terry Street extension north to Clear Lake Road, and along Clear Lake Road between Green Hill Road and Highway 99. The project design is expected to include a new wastewater pump station. Key considerations include waste reduction, idling reduction, and the use of environmentally preferred products. The contract will be awarded to the responsible proposer submitting the most advantageous proposal.
• The proposal must be submitted through OregonBuys before the due date and time specified.
• The proposal must include a completed Standard Proposal Form.
• The proposer must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to nondiscrimination and environmental sustainability.
• The proposer must provide proof of insurance and meet all insurance requirements.
