Description
The Government Publishing Office requires a contractor to produce 36,010 printed site bulletins in five versions for the National Park Service’s Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area. The work includes full‑color offset or digital printing, binding, packaging, proof submission, and delivery of both standard copies and required Federal Depository Library Program copies, all by a strict deadline.
• Produce five bulletin versions (RO 2,000; RSV 12,000; PSR 5,000; ZUMA 5,000; KGR 12,000) on JCP A260 silk‑coated paper, 4‑color process, Quality Level III.
• Submit a press‑quality PDF soft proof by 08/10/2026, then deliver finished bulletins by 08/28/2026, packed separately, ≤ 40 lb per container, with random “blue‑label” copies and FDLP copies as required.
• Contractor must be registered on GPO Publish, provide a completed W‑9, and handle all proofing, reporting of media issues, and same‑day shipment notifications.
