Description
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking bids for the repair and parts of a sheet ironer at the Richmond SSLC. Bidders must demonstrate their financial capability, financial solvency, and capacity to fulfill the requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). The IFB includes various exhibits and forms that must be completed and submitted with the bid, including a pricing sheet, a bidder reference and contractor qualifications form, and a public information act copy of the response.
• The IFB is for the repair and parts of a sheet ironer at the Richmond SSLC.
• Bidders must submit their responses electronically through the HHS Online Bid Room or by email to [email protected].
• The response deadline is July 1, 2026, at 10:30 AM.
• Bidders must include all required documentation, including the completed exhibits and forms.
• HHSC reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
• The contract will be awarded to the bidder that offers the best value to the state.
