Utility Building Staircase

The US Mission South Africa, General Services Office (GSO) is seeking a contractor to manufacture and install a steel staircase at the US Consulate located on 1 Sandton Drive, Sandhurst, Johannesburg. The scope of work includes site preparation, establishment of a site for installation, removal of existing equipment, and installation of the steel staircase. The contractor must have specific structural steel construction experience with a value above R 0.5 million and must provide proof of previous projects completed. The contractor will be required to attend a compulsory site meeting and provide a quotation for the work. • The contractor must have experience in structural steel construction with a value above R 0.5 million. • The contractor must provide proof of previous projects completed. • The contractor must attend a compulsory site meeting. • The contractor must provide a quotation for the work. • The contractor must have a company that specializes in the manufacturing and installation of structural steel with a least 10 years track record in the same industry. • The contractor must not subcontract the structural steel manufacturing.
