Description
The State of Missouri, Office of Administration, Division of Purchasing is seeking a vendor to provide a Ford F600 Bucket Truck for the Facilities Management Design & Construction (FMDC) department. The truck will be used for various tasks such as repairing lights, tree trimming, safety issues, sealing state agency canopies, flagpole maintenance, seasonal decorating, window washing, painting, storm damage, and unforeseen building repair. The vendor must provide the truck with all manufacturer's standard equipment and deliver it to the state agency no later than June 22, 2026. The contract period will be from the date of award through one year.
Key aspects of the job include:
• Providing a Ford F600 Bucket Truck with door walk-in bucket
• Delivering the truck to the state agency no later than June 22, 2026
• Ensuring the truck is clean, lubricated, serviced, and ready for immediate use
• Installing all required options and accessories
• Removing all plastic and signage from the interior and exterior of the truck
• Providing a title or certificate of origin for the truck upon delivery
• Maintaining financial and accounting records for a period of five years from the date of final payment
