The GPO is seeking a vendor to produce and deliver 435,000 custom “AIES‑1(F)” window envelopes, complete with specific paper, ink, security lining, and postal‑marking requirements, plus 283,500 mailing labels. The work includes pre‑production proofs (110 sample envelopes) for approval, a small set of test copies (100 to Census Bureau, 10 to a private address), and strict packaging, palletizing, and random‑copy certification per GPO Form 917/2678. Production must be compatible with multiple high‑speed inserters (Pitney Bowes Flowmaster, Direct Connect, Gunther EP‑4000, Blue Crest MSE 12K). Delivery is FOB destination by 22 May 2026 to the Census Bureau’s National Processing Center in Jeffersonville, IN, with additional labels shipped to Huntingtown, MD.
