Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Kansas City District is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial, trash, and litter collection services at the Smithville Lake Project. The contractor shall perform all services in accordance with the Performance Work Statements (PWS) and comply with all Federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, statutes, and regulations pertaining to the provided services.
• The contractor will be responsible for providing janitorial services, including cleaning and maintaining facilities, and collecting trash and litter.
• The contractor must comply with all Federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, statutes, and regulations.
• The contractor must maintain workers' compensation coverage compliant with the applicable State Statute.
• The contractor must ensure all entities performing work under the contract are properly insured.
• The contractor must comply with security and background requirements, including background screening, fingerprinting, FBI fingerprint check, NACI scheduling, and HSPD-12 access requirements.
• The Government will provide certain janitorial consumables and cleaning chemicals/disinfectants.
• The contractor must supply other necessary materials and equipment.
• The contract value is approximately $217,887.83, with a base year value of $72,500 and a current year value of $53,000.
