Description
The California Highway Patrol (CHP) seeks a vendor to provide weekly rental, delivery, pickup, cleaning, and maintenance of protective clothing and operational supplies for its Westminster Area Office. The contractor will issue initial uniform sets, handle resizing/replacements, supply containers, mats, and mop services, and perform regular inventory inspections and repairs at no cost to CHP. The agreement runs from November 1 2026 through November 30 2029 (approximately three years) with a per‑item pricing structure and includes mandatory insurance, background checks, and compliance with state procurement policies.
• Weekly delivery/pickup of uniform items (jackets, shirts, trousers, etc.) and operational supplies (mats, rags, towels, dust mops).
• Cleaning, repair, and replacement of worn or damaged items; no charge for normal‑wear replacements.
• Additional services: initial uniform measurement/setup, resizing, container provision, quarterly inventory logs, and final reporting for any small‑business/DVBE participation.
