Description
The Department of Enterprise Services (DES) is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) to establish Master Agreements with qualified bidders to provide Data Communications for all Participating States. The objective of this RFP is to obtain best value and achieve more favorable pricing than is obtainable by an individual state or local government entity. The Master Agreement(s) resulting from this procurement may be used by state governments, institutions of higher education, political subdivisions, and other eligible entities.
• The RFP is available on Montana's procurement system website and the RFxPremier website.
• Proposals will be received until 2 p.m. MST on November 7, 2025.
• Questions must be directed to Lauren Spatzierath.
• The scope of work includes providing Data Communications for all Participating States.
• The contract is expected to be a Master Agreement, which may be used by multiple entities.
• The RFP is seeking qualified bidders to provide Data Communications services.
