Description
The Appalachian State University is seeking proposals for the IG Greer Roof Replacement & Building Envelope Repairs project. The project involves removing approximately 18,500 square feet of existing EPDM roof and insulation, associated metal flashing, and replacing it with a new fully adhered 60 mil PVC 20-year watertight roof system. Additionally, the project will include building envelope masonry repairs and waterproofing. The proposer must be licensed in the State of North Carolina to offer architectural or engineering services in response to this solicitation.
