Thornton City Hall Glazing Replacement

The City of Thornton is seeking bids for the replacement of glazing at City Hall. The project includes removing and replacing existing glazing lites at the storefront and atrium curtain wall system, as well as in the ribbon windows. The available budget for this project is $360,000. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond. • The project is expected to be substantially complete by May 15, 2026. • A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on November 20, 2025. • Bidders must submit their proposals on the form provided by the City of Thornton. • The City of Thornton reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
