F108--Bat Guano and Pigeon Feces Clean Up

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide professional abatement services to remove bat guano and pigeon feces from attic spaces in 12 buildings. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary equipment and personnel to complete the work. The work includes cleaning and sanitizing the attic spaces, removing and replacing insulation, and disposing of waste. The contractor will be required to follow all applicable laws and regulations, including OSHA safety measures. • The contractor will be required to provide a detailed plan of action, including a schedule and a list of equipment and personnel needed to complete the work. • The contractor will be required to provide all necessary safety equipment, including respirators and protective clothing. • The contractor will be required to dispose of all waste in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. • The contractor will be required to provide a final report, including before and after photos, and a certification that the work has been completed in accordance with the contract requirements.
