Advertisement for Bid: Asbestos Abatement

The St. Clair County RESA is seeking bids for asbestos abatement at the Woodland Development Center and Administration Building. Bidding documents can be obtained from Nova Environmental, Inc. A mandatory pre-bid examination of the buildings will be held on November 11, 2025. Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond, Cashier's Check, or Certified Check in the amount of 5% of the bid amount shall be submitted with the bid proposal. • The bid package is for asbestos abatement at two buildings: Woodland Development Center and Administration Building. • Bidding documents can be obtained from Nova Environmental, Inc. or at the pre-bid examination. • A mandatory pre-bid examination of the buildings will be held on November 11, 2025. • Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond, Cashier's Check, or Certified Check is required. • Performance and Labor and Material Bonds will be provided upon award.
