Zinfandel Bicycle and Pedestrian Overcrossing Construction Management

The City of Rancho Cordova is seeking construction management services for the Zinfandel Bicycle and Pedestrian Overcrossing and Artwalk Project. The project includes a multi-modal path and a tied arch overcrossing over US-50, with an estimated construction cost of $31M and a timeline of 18 months. The selected consultant will provide construction administration, inspection, materials testing, and laboratory services, and will be responsible for ensuring compliance with City, State, and Federal regulations. Key services include: construction contract administration, materials testing and inspection, labor compliance administration, and project closeout.
