Environmental Compliance and Engineering Support Services

The City of Pasadena Water and Power Department is seeking professional engineering services to provide as-needed basis engineering services to support environmental compliance and associated engineering work for the Pasadena power plants. The selected firm will be required to provide experience with governmental agencies for three projects/contracts of similar scope and size. The proposal must include a technical proposal, price proposal, and statement of qualifications. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or proposals and to waive any non-conformity of proposals with this RFP. • The scope of work includes providing environmental compliance and engineering support services for the Pasadena power plants. • The selected firm will be required to have a Professional Engineering (P.E.) license. • The proposal must be submitted electronically through the City's eProcurement Portal. • The City has a number of requirements, including equal employment opportunity, declaration of non-collusion, and taxpayer protection amendment disclosure.
