Description
The Health and Human Services Commission is seeking competitive bids to establish a contract for tree services and maintenance as needed for the San Antonio State Hospital. The contract will be for a period of time, and the bidder must provide a minimum of three verifiable references for contracts of similar size and scope of services within the last two years. The bidder must also provide information about their company, including the number of years in business, office address, and current number of employees. The bidder must also list any industry certifications/qualifications/formal training programs that their staff have been certified in, as well as any applicable licenses currently held by staff.

• The bidder must provide a written description of the size and scope of all operations, including the number of employees available to provide customer service, order fulfillment, safe shipping and handling of product, and the number of supervisors for each location.
• The bidder must list a minimum of two 24-hour contacts, including name, phone, and email.
