Description
The City of Albany is seeking proposals from qualified developers to acquire and redevelop 138 Pine Avenue in Downtown Albany. The proposed redevelopment should complement and advance the ongoing revitalization of Downtown Albany. The selected developer will be responsible for purchasing or acquiring the property, designing and constructing the redevelopment project, and obtaining necessary permits and approvals. The City of Albany will evaluate proposals based on factors such as development concept, financial capacity, experience and qualifications, acquisition proposal, schedule, economic and community impact, and fee proposal.
