RFP #26-31-IS GENERATOR PREVENTIVE SERVICES AND LOAD BANK TESTING

The County of Cumberland is soliciting proposals for generator preventative maintenance and load bank testing services. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, equipment, and transportation to perform preventative maintenance on the county's generator equipment. The contract will include a minimum of 2-hour load bank testing and oil changes for the generators. The contractor will also be required to submit detailed reports of their findings and results of any tests performed on the equipment. The contract will be awarded based on the best overall value method of award, considering factors such as qualifications and experience, technical approach, cost/pricing, and staffing level and scheduling. • The contractor must have experience working on large-scale commercial generators. • The contractor must provide a detailed checklist for each individual preventative maintenance schedule based on equipment type. • The contractor must be able to respond within an hour window in case of an emergency. • The contractor must provide and maintain adequate insurance coverage, including worker's compensation, automobile, and general liability insurance. • The contractor must comply with all laws and regulations, including the Iran Divestment Act and the requirement to use E-Verify.
