Description
The Illinois Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a vendor to provide conference rooms and lodging for their annual Field Services Training. The event will take place from April 19, 2026, to April 24, 2026, and will require a block of 15 rooms for the first night and 70 rooms for the remaining nights. The vendor must also provide catering services, including daily beverages and snacks, as well as a buffet-style dinner on Thursday, April 23, 2026. The venue must be located within the State of Illinois and must be ADA accessible. The selected vendor must be able to provide all required supplies and services and offer the lowest price.
• Conference rooms with seating for 100 people
• Lodging for 15 rooms on the first night and 70 rooms for the remaining nights
• Catering services, including daily beverages and snacks, as well as a buffet-style dinner on Thursday, April 23, 2026
• Audiovisual equipment, including screens, microphones, and projectors
