RFI - Enhanced Data Rate (SEDR) Waveform onto Operational Radios

The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Aerial Networks Division (AFLCMC/C3N) is seeking qualified and interested vendors to provide information on their capabilities to implement the SEDR waveform porting onto existing operationally relevant software-defined radios and obtain subsequent certifications needed for operational use. The scope of this effort includes waveform porting, integration and testing, certification, documentation, and training. Vendors are requested to provide a Statement of Interest (SOI) addressing their company profile, technical experience, certifications, supply chain risk management, rough order of magnitude, and schedule. • The SOI should include a company profile with experience in waveform porting, integration, and certification. • The SOI should describe the company's technical experience with porting waveforms onto the specified radios. • The SOI should include details on the company's process for obtaining necessary certifications, including NSA Type-1, cybersecurity, and airworthiness certification. • The SOI should include a rough order of magnitude for the project, including waveform porting, integration, testing, certification, documentation, and training. • The SOI should include a notional schedule for completing all aspects of the project, including milestones and key deliverables.
