The Lamar CISD is soliciting proposals for a Construction Manager @ Risk for the Leaman JHS & Roberts JHS Additions & Renovations project. The project has an estimated budget of $17,000,000 and is expected to be completed by June 2028. The selected Construction Manager will be responsible for providing pre-construction services, construction management, and other related services. The proposal submission process will consist of three parts: pre-proposal submission, financial submission, and proposal submission. • The project includes additions and renovations to two junior high schools • The Construction Manager will be responsible for managing the construction process and ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget • The proposal submission process will include a pre-proposal meeting, a financial submission, and a final proposal submission • The selected Construction Manager will be required to provide a range of services, including pre-construction services, construction management, and project closeout • The project is expected to be completed by June 2028, and the selected Construction Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget
