Description
The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) is seeking bids for the construction of airport improvements at Giddings-Lee County Airport. The project includes a partial parallel taxiway extension, stub taxiway, and drainage improvements. The Engineers' Estimate of Probable Cost for the base bid is $1,709,000.00, and there is an additive alternate bid of $159,000.00 for taxiway turnaround and additional drainage improvements. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond.
