Synopsis for Ocean Infrastructure (OI2) IDIQ Contract

The Naval Facilities Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center (NAVFAC EXWC) will issue a single‑award IDIQ contract to provide comprehensive ocean‑infrastructure services worldwide, from arctic to tropical waters and at any depth. The contractor must supply vessels, vessel services, logistics, shore and offshore facilities, and related equipment; operate and maintain mission‑ready platforms (including workboats, AUVs, ROVs); and perform construction, installation, inspection, repair, testing, and recovery of ocean infrastructure. The contract is a 60‑month base period with a possible 6‑month extension, set aside for small businesses.
