Water Softener System Preventative Maintenance and As-Needed Services & Repairs

The Zone 7 Water Agency is seeking a qualified contractor to provide preventative maintenance and as-needed services and repairs for their water softener system. The contract will be for a period of 3 years, with an option to extend for an additional 2 years. The contractor will be responsible for performing quarterly inspections, annual maintenance visits, and any additional service or repair work required to ensure reliable system performance. The contractor must have at least 2 years of experience in water softener system maintenance and repairs, and must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. • The scope of work includes preventative maintenance, as-needed services, and repairs for the water softener system • The contractor will be required to perform quarterly inspections and annual maintenance visits • The contractor must have experience performing work of a similar scope for other municipalities • The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations • The contractor must provide proof of registration with the Department of Industrial Relations • The contractor must provide applicable insurance certificates prior to starting the contract
