BC-21512-M Dining Hall 13kV Switch Replacement IFB

The University of Maryland, Baltimore County is seeking a contractor to replace an existing 13kV switch located at the Dining Hall with a new switch supplied by UMBC. The contractor will be responsible for removing and disposing of the existing switch, installing the new switch, and providing temporary power to the building during the project. The contractor must have 10 years of experience providing similar services and must be certified with a current Maryland Master Electrician License. The project must be completed within 30 days of the start date. • The contractor will be responsible for carefully removing and disposing of the existing 13kV switch. • The contractor will install a new 13kV gas switch to be supplied by UMBC. • The contractor will provide temporary power to the building during the project. • The contractor must have 10 years of experience providing similar services. • The contractor must be certified with a current Maryland Master Electrician License.
