The City of Kingsland, GA is seeking a vendor to supply, deliver, install, and maintain a commercial‑grade, fully‑decorated outdoor artificial Christmas tree system (≈30‑ft tree, 35‑37‑ft total height) for a prominent public gathering area. The system must be modular for seasonal assembly/disassembly, include energy‑efficient LED lighting, UV‑resistant ornaments, an illuminated topper, and a engineered anchoring solution capable of withstanding local wind conditions. The vendor must provide complete documentation, warranty information, and optional maintenance services, and deliver the system to the City’s finance department by the contract award.
