Description
The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) is seeking a pre-qualified firm to provide demolition and removal services for right of way property management. The selected contractor will be responsible for demolishing and removing improvements, structures, or other encumbrances in the right of way or easement areas. The contract will be for a period of 30 days, and the contractor must begin work as soon as possible after receiving the Notice to Proceed. The contractor must also provide a performance and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the total bid price.
• The contractor must be pre-qualified in the right of way property management service class.
• The contractor must provide a bid price for each parcel.
• The contractor must begin work as soon as possible after receiving the Notice to Proceed.
