The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole‑source contract to Gallup for the reuse of unused assessment codes and an annual Gallup Access subscription that will support a web‑based vocational‑assessment platform for VA employees. The platform must provide administrative control, individual and group reporting, raw data extraction, and an optional 3,000‑user skills‑based assessment that is 508‑compliant, secure, and deliverable 24/7. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price award with a 12‑month base period and up to four additional 12‑month options, with all work performed remotely from the contractor’s site.
• Provide access to unused Gallup assessment codes and an annual Gallup Access subscription.
• Deliver a web‑based vocational assessment platform with admin tools, instant individual reports (within 24 hours), and group data extracts (within 48 hours).
