Village of Cazenovia Mill Street Dam Removal

The Village of Cazenovia is seeking proposals for professional engineering services to design, permit, and provide construction management for the removal of the Mill Street Dam located on Chittenango Creek and for restoration and improvement of the creek channel and riparian corridor. The selected consultant will complete a detailed design for the dam removal, stream habitat enhancement and restoration, conduct hydrologic and hydraulic modeling of the creek as needed to supplement prior modeling, prepare, submit, receive, and ensure compliance with all required permits, prepare final construction drawings and plans and specifications, provide construction oversight, and work together with Village and local stakeholders over the course of the project.
