Hydrogen Water Dropout Heat Exchangers

The National Laboratory of the Rockies (NLR) is seeking to acquire 10 heat exchangers that will cool the hydrogen process stream produced by PEM electrolyzer stacks. The heat exchangers must meet specific technical specifications, including the ability to handle a 50/50 propylene glycol/water and hydrogen saturated with water process fluid. The successful offeror will be selected based on the lowest evaluated price (cost) of all technically acceptable offers.
