PLANNING SERVICES RELATED TO THE REDEVELOPMENT OF THE FORMER KAMAN PROPERTY

The Eastern Connecticut Land Bank (ECLB), together with the Town of Plainfield, is issuing an RFP/QQ for planning services to guide the redevelopment of the former Kaman property (approximately 30.27 acres) located at 100 South Main Street. The selected consultant will perform all planning‑related activities, including site analysis, land‑use planning, community engagement, and preparation of development recommendations. A separate RFP will cover environmental assessment work.
