Stillwater FY 25 Pavement Management Program Task Order 1 - Project #25TR09/25TR10

The City of Stillwater is seeking bids for the construction of the Stillwater FY 25 Pavement Management Program Task Order 1. The project includes roadway surface rehabilitation, roadway surface and base rehabilitation, and roadway full depth reconstruction. The project locations include 11th Avenue W, 18th Avenue West, Hillside Street South, 24th Avenue West, Countryside Drive South, and Miller Avenue West. The bid documents can be obtained from the City's website. The bid opening will be held on February 11, 2026, at 3:00 PM local time. • The scope of work includes clearing and grubbing, unclassified excavation, reinforced silt fence, temporary silt dike, solid slab sodding, stabilized construction exit, aggregate base type A, subgrade method B, separator fabric, fabric reinforcement, Superpave type S3 and S4, cold milling pavement, combined curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, asphalt driveway, and traffic stripe. • The project requires a pre-bid meeting, which will be held on January 28, 2026, at 2:00 PM. • The bid security shall be in the form of a bidder's bond, certified check, or cashier's check on a solvent bank in the state of Oklahoma, and in the amount of not less than 5% of the amount bid. • The successful bidder shall execute a contract within 14 days of notice of award by the city. • The contract will be awarded to the lowest and best responsible bidder.
