Description
The Oklahoma Department of Agriculture Food and Forestry is soliciting bids for the purchase of two wearable Smokey the Bear costumes with fans. The bid must include the ability to meet or exceed the mandatory specifications, which are listed in Exhibit 1. The bid will be evaluated on a "lowest and best" criteria, and the State reserves the right to negotiate with one or more bidders. The contract will be awarded to the bidder that provides the best value to the State.
• The bidder must provide a firm, fixed price for the term of the contract, including optional renewal terms.
• The bidder must include all travel expenses in the total bid price.
• The bidder must provide a detailed quantity breakdown of the items requested.
• The bidder may include value-added products and/or services in the bid.
• The bidder must comply with all terms and conditions of the solicitation, including the Oklahoma Central Purchasing Act and associated OAC Title 260 rules.
