Description
The City of Bismarck is seeking cost proposals for the crushing of asphalt and concrete at the Municipal Landfill site for 2026. The scope of work includes crushing concrete to 1-1/2” diameter and asphalt to 1-1/2” diameter, with all iron, rebar, and garbage left on site. The City will provide water for dust control at no charge. The successful contractor must furnish copies of insurance certificates for coverage, including commercial general liability and automobile liability.
• The contract will be in effect from January 1, 2026, through June 30, 2026.
• The City reserves the right to hold all bids for 45 days and to reject any and all bids.
• Bids must be submitted on blanks furnished by the City of Bismarck and in accordance with specifications and conditions.
• A certified check or bid bond in the amount of five percent of the total amount bid must be attached to the outside of the proposal/bid envelope.
