Description
The Department of Parks and Recreation is seeking bids for elevator maintenance and repair services at Bolsa Chica State Beach. The contract term is five years, and the anticipated performance period is from February 1st, 2026, to January 31, 2031. The successful bidder will be required to provide all materials, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to service and repair the elevator. The bid documents consist of all forms, instructions, notices, specifications, and any addenda thereto, that describe the project or services to be performed and the requirements for bidding.
• The bidder must have a C-11 California Contractors State License Board Specialty License.
• The bidder must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and requirements.
• The bidder must provide a bid bond or other security to guarantee the bid.
• The bidder must provide proof of insurance and workers' compensation coverage.
• The bidder must comply with the requirements of the DVBE Participation Program and the Small Business Preference Program.
