Description
The State of Colorado Department of Public Safety is requesting bids from HVAC contractors for the complete HVAC installation located on Camp George West at the State Patrol Academy. The project includes full HVAC construction contracting services, and the contractor will be responsible for the selection and management of subcontractors as required. The estimated project cost is $350,000.00, and the project is expected to start on 6/2/2026 and finish on 6/2/2026. The key requirements for the project include:
• Providing evidence of experience in projects of similar scope and complexity
• Demonstrating bonding capability up to $350,000.00
• Attending and signing in at the Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference
• Submitting bids on the required bid form
• Including bid bond, bid alternates, and unit pricing with the bid submittal
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to labor, apprenticeship programs, and payment and performance bonds.
