City of Sparks FY 2021-2022 LMIG - Resurfacing of Rhone Street

The City of Sparks, Georgia is seeking bids for the resurfacing of Rhone Street. The project includes leveling and resurfacing improvements to 0.232 miles of Rhone Street. The scope of work requires all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the installation of the 2021 and 2022 Local Maintenance and Improvement Grant (LMIG). The project must be completed within 90 consecutive calendar days. • The bid bond must be at least 5% of the lump sum bid for the complete work. • The performance bond and payment bond must each be equal to 100% of the contract amount. • The contractor must be a current "Prequalified Contractor" with the Georgia Department of Transportation or be approved in writing by the City of Sparks. • The Georgia Department of Transportation Standard Specifications, 2021 Edition, applicable Supplemental Specifications, and any Special Provisions contained within this contract will be applicable to this project.
