Description
The Los Angeles County Internal Services Department is seeking bids for TELEDYNE/FLIR accessories, parts, software, and contract services. The contract is for brand-only TELEDYNE/FLIR products. The scope of work includes technical support, installation, configuration, hardware/repair support, and software support for FLIR CCTV system products and external SAN storage systems and cloud storage systems integrated with FLIR CCTV systems. Bidders must complete Attachment B - FLIR Price List and provide pricing for the specified commodities and services. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for additional years. The County reserves the right to verify references and may disqualify bidders if references fail to substantiate the bidder's description of services or if references fail to support that the bidder has a continuing pattern of providing capable and productive services.
• The bidder must provide technical support and related services that do not exceed the delegated annual purchasing authority for services.
• The bidder must provide installation, configuration, hardware/repair support, and software support for FLIR CCTV system products and external SAN storage systems and cloud storage systems integrated with FLIR CCTV systems.
• The bidder must provide pricing for the specified commodities and services.
• The bidder must complete Attachment B - FLIR Price List.
• The bidder must provide references that substantiate their description of services and their ability to provide capable and productive services.
