Description
The State of New Hampshire is seeking a vendor to provide maintenance and support services for DELL PowerVault and Unity storage systems. The selected vendor will be required to provide warranty coverage for a period of not less than one year, and to complete delivery of items within 30 days after receipt of Purchase Order. The contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder offering the lowest price.
• The vendor must provide material safety data sheets with the delivery of any products.
• The vendor must comply with all statutes, laws, regulations, and orders of federal, state, county, or municipal authorities.
• The vendor must disclose in writing the names of all owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, or subcontractors who are also officials or employees of the State of New Hampshire.
• The vendor must defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the State, its officers, and employees from any losses suffered by the State on account of the acts or omissions of the vendor.
