End User Computing (EUC) Services

The Virginia Information Technologies Agency (VITA) is issuing an RFP for a strategic partner to deliver enterprise‑wide, next‑generation End User Computing (EUC) services to Virginia Executive Branch agencies and other public bodies. The supplier must provide fully managed, secure, compliant end‑user services covering device support, software support, troubleshooting, lifecycle management, and required financial/asset tracking (e.g., CMDB, GASB compliance). Integration with VITA’s Multi‑Sourcing Service Integrator (MSI) platform is mandatory, and all tools must be open to VITA and MSI without proprietary lock‑in. The contract is expected to be a single award but VITA reserves the right to issue multiple or no awards.
