Single Engine, High Wing Aircraft

Henrico County’s Police Metro Aviation Unit is seeking a single new high‑wing, single‑engine aircraft (Cessna Stationair T206H or equivalent) equipped with a full Garmin G1000NXI avionics suite, de‑icing propeller, oxygen system, and other required systems. The vendor must deliver the aircraft within 360 days of award, provide all required manuals, FAA registration, and a fully activated Garmin subscription, and offer up to two pilots’ ground‑and‑flight training at no cost. The contract includes standard manufacturer warranty, mandatory insurance coverage, and prohibits subcontracting of the aircraft sale. • One aircraft (new, fully certified) with specified performance, avionics, and capacity. • Delivery and acceptance window up to December 2027, with a 5‑business‑day notice before inspection. • Training (≈ 6 hours) for two pilots, warranty, and required documentation must be included. • Vendor must meet extensive insurance, FAA, OSHA, and state compliance requirements and cannot assign the contract without County consent.
