ADELAIDE PARK BASEBALL DIAMOND FENCING

The City of Fond du Lac is seeking bids for the removal and replacement of existing fencing at the Adelaide Park baseball diamond. The project includes furnishing labor, equipment, and materials to remove 991 feet of existing fence and replace it with new heavy-duty industrial chain link fence. The new fence will include a 24-foot-high backstop, 12-foot-high, 8-foot-high, and 6-foot-high fencing, as well as gates and posts set in concrete. • The project requires the installation of 48 lineal feet of 24-foot-high heavy-duty industrial chain link fence as a backstop. • The project requires the installation of 160 lineal feet of 12-foot-high, 60 lineal feet of 8-foot-high, and 698 lineal feet of 6-foot-high heavy-duty industrial chain link fence. • The project requires the installation of (1) 12’ wide x 6-foot-high double swing gate and (2) 4’ wide x 6-foot-high single swing gates. • The terminal posts are 4” diameter and line posts are 2 ½” diameter. • The top, middle, and bottom rails are 1 5/8” and chain link fence wire is 2” x 9g galvanized steel core wire.
