Budget estimate

$250,000 – $350,000

The total budget for this contract can be estimated by calculating the total cost of maintenance supplies and factory training over the five-year period. Based on the provided unit costs and quantities, the total cost of maintenance supplies for the base year is approximately $53,000. The total cost for the four option years is approximately $212,000. The cost of factory maintenance training is $7,000 per session, and it is assumed that one session will be provided per year, resulting in a total cost of $35,000 over the five-year period. Therefore, the total budget for this contract can be estimated to be around $300,000. The budget amount may be influenced by factors such as the actual cost of maintenance supplies, the number of factory maintenance training sessions required, and any additional costs associated with the contract.
