Furnish and Delivery of Liquid Emulsion Polymer at Freedom Wastewater Treatment Plant - SBR Procurement

The Maryland Environmental Service is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified Contractors to furnish conditioning/emulsion polymer chemicals for biosolids dewatering at the Freedom WWTP. The project requires the delivery of liquid emulsion polymer to the Freedom Wastewater Treatment Plant located at 1301 Raincliff Road, Sykesville, MD, 21784. • The bids must be submitted electronically through the MES Procurement Portal. • The bids will be opened electronically in public at the date and time specified in the solicitation. • The Bid Tabulation shall be posted on MES Procurement Portal within 48 hours from the bid opening. • The Maryland Environmental Service will only accept Electronic Bids on MES Procurement Portal.
