BRWRF Phase lll - Package ll

The Loudoun County Sanitation Authority (Loudoun Water) is soliciting sealed bids for Phase III, Package II of the Broad Run Water Reclamation Facility (BRWRF) project. The scope includes design‑build construction of major wastewater treatment components such as a Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) system, a rotary‑drum drying system, associated civil works, structural steel, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC installations.
